Why is it so difficult sometimes?

I often wonder if others really understand me. We all communicate from such a place that is only ours, having to do with family of origin, school, religion, the environment and other influences from the time we were conceived. So many arguments, conflict, divorce, family disputes and worse occur just because of a lack of communication. Hurt is usually what has happened and unless we delve deep within ourselves honestly we won' t know that. Maybe our hurt is not even about the other person or what they did. It probably isn't. It has more to do with the past, our childhoods and we did or did not get. Wow, whoever would have thought. For today I will remember that we all come from our own frames of reference. Each of us individuals on this planet learning to experience life at its fullest. JOY
