Dig deep communication

Well it has been a little over a year since I have been to my blog. I forgot how to get to it! Here I am today heading to something called communologue tomorrow. It is a workshop on learning to listen and communicate better in groups. An Imago therapist is putting it on and since I am an Imago therapist I thought I would check it out. I have read a little bit about it. It states, do not judge or speak like you have the answer. I have heard a lot of people in my day speak like they know it all. We all have something to say and it matters. Listening is big, one has to learn how to really listen. Listen without thinking what you are going to say , listen to the other person, cross the bridge to who they are and just LISTEN>
